Our specialized services are tailored to individuals seeking rehabilitation from both chronic and acute pain through the innovative therapy of the fascia. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a path to improved wellness and a better quality of life.
Our Services
Cranial and Structural Therapy
This therapy focuses on the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports all the structures in your body. By addressing imbalances and restrictions within this vital system, we facilitate the body's natural healing process, leading to significant improvements in health and wellness.
Joint Capsule Stretching
Joint Capsule Stretching is a key component of our services. This technique is aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain by gently stretching the joint capsules. It's an effective method for those suffering from stiffness and restricted movement.
Breath Work Therapy
Breath work is an essential part of our holistic approach to wellness. Through guided breathing exercises, we help clients to release tension, manage pain, and improve overall well-being. It's a powerful tool for anyone looking to enhance their recovery process and achieve a deeper sense of relaxation.
Cranial Therapy
The Glymphatic system is the analog of the Lymphatic system in the CNF (cerebral spinal fluid) to do clearance & delivery of nutrients. It clears waste materials.
The glymphatic system has two primary purposes:
- To serve as a waste clearance system critical for tissue homeostasis.
- To distribute non-waste compounds (glucose, lipids, amino acids, and neurotransmitters) to the brain.
To get more quality sleep: Glymphatic function has been shown to be greatly enhanced while you are asleep.
SIDE SLEEPING: Interestingly, researchers have found that in the brains of mice, the glymphatic system cleared amyloid beta most rapidly when they slept on their sides.
The channels of the Glymphatic System fill with cerebrospinal fluid. This fluid collects ‘garbage’ like proteins, toxins, and other waste products as it flows along the network. Your brain then flushes this waste at different drainage sites, where it makes through your body and exits just like any other type of waste.
Improving Glymphatic function through lifestyle interventions and medical management may help mitigate the risk and progression of these diseases.
While sleeping on your side (lateral position) in general is beneficial for glymphatic clearance, research has not definitely established whether the left or right side is superior. However, some studies suggest that sleeping on the right side might be more advantageous for overall Cardiovascular Health, which could indirectly benefit Glymphatic function.
RIGHT SIDE: May reduce the pressure on the heart, improving overall cardiovascular function. Some studies suggest it might be more comfortable and promote better sleep quality.
LEFT SIDE: Can improve digestion and acid reflux, as the stomach and its gastric juice are lower than the esophagus where lying. Ultimately, the most important factor is to ensure you are getting quality sleep, which is critical for Glymphatic System clearance.
CSF (cerebrospinal fluid): Cerebrospinal fluid is a critical aspect of maintaining central nervous system health. The CSF is a clear, colorless fluid that surrounds and cushions the brain and spinal cord, providing mechanical protection, nutrient delivery, and waste removal.
Suggestions: To assist the drainage, a monthly maintenance is encouraged.
